Last week I made the decision to quit drinking till I lost at least 20lbs. So far I have not had a drink nor have I wanted one. The nice thing about making one change turd a healthier lifestyle is that it becomes a lot easier to make many more. So not only have I stopped drinking. I have also cut out peanut butter and all high glycemic foods from my diet. There is not a big change in the first week but I can tell that soon enough I will notice.
The challenge is thanks giving dinner. I went a head and asked my mom if I could make a few of the dishes that I know that can be the most fattening and high in sugar that way I can still enjoy without family looking at me as if I were dieting.
